This document is published and shall be construed in accordance with the provisions of the Information Technology (reasonable security practices and procedures and sensitive personal data of information) rules, 2011 under Information Technology Act, 2000; that require publishing of the Privacy Policy for collection, use, storage and transfer of sensitive personal data or information.

Of course, our use of any information we gather will always be consistent with the policy under which the information was collected, regardless of what the new policy may be.
Redressal Mechanism: Any complaints, abuse or concerns with regards to content and or comment or breach of these terms shall be immediately informed to the designated Grievance Officer as mentioned below via in writing or through email signed with the electronic signature to Mr. Ashish ("Grievance Officer").
1. If the tour or any part thereof cannot be conducted due to Force Majeure or Vis Majeure, there shall be no obligation to provide a refund. However, at sole discretion, a refund may be issued based on factors such as the number of participants and cancellation policies of suppliers (e.g., hoteliers, transport operators). The final decision on the refund amount will rest solely with the agency.
2. Refund processing (if due) may take a minimum of 15 to 45 days.
3. There will be no refund if the client cannot utilize any services (e.g., accommodations, sightseeing, rides, cruises, meals, entrance fees, optional tours) for any reason.
4. Refunds (if any) for amendments and/or cancellations will be issued directly to the client through NEFT/RTGS, crossed cheque, or to the original credit card used for payment. This process may take up to 45 days.
5. No refund is payable for unutilized services (e.g., meals, entrance fees, optional tours, hotels, transport, sightseeing) under any circumstances.
6. For any services canceled as per the booking policy, refunds will be processed in the original payment mode after deducting applicable cancellation and bank charges (if any). Refunds to credit or debit cards will reflect within 15 to 45 days.
7. Clients have the option to retain their refund in the agency’s account and receive a credit certificate for future use, valid for 24 months.
*Conditions of Travel*
1. Clients are required to strictly follow the tour program. No refund will be provided if the client fails to join the group at the beginning of the tour, joins later, or leaves before the tour concludes. It is the client's responsibility to arrive at the tour's starting point and check in with the agency representative at the designated time and place.
2. If a client or any family member must discontinue the tour for any reason (e.g., illness, death, or loss of travel documents), no claim will be considered for unutilized services. If a client is unable to reach the starting point due to loss of baggage or travel documents, the booking will be treated as a "no show," and full cancellation charges will apply.
3. If a client uses pre-tour services (e.g., air tickets) but fails to join the main tour, the booking will be considered a "no show," and no refund will be issued for unused pre-tour or main tour services.
4. The agency reserves the right to withdraw tour membership from any client whose behavior could disrupt the tour or negatively affect the safety or enjoyment of other participants. No liability will be owed to such individuals.
5. Immunities outlined in this contract apply to employees, directors, managers, and agents of the agency, excluding any independent contractors selected by the agency.
6. Each condition in this policy is independent, and if any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining conditions will continue to apply. The agency's liability for any tour or related services will not exceed the total amount paid for the tour and will not cover any additional expenses or incidental losses.
7. It is recommended that clients secure travel insurance at their own expense, as the agency holds no responsibility for any incidents not covered under this agreement.
8. Prices listed in brochures or on websites are based on rates at the time of publication. The agency reserves the right to adjust prices due to changes in fuel costs, high season surcharges, or increased transportation rates before departure. Clients must pay any price increase in full prior to departure.
9. Any legal action related to this agreement must be filed within seven days of the tour's end date. Beyond this period, the agency will be discharged from any liabilities arising from this contract.
10. The agency reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional schemes or discounts at any time unless expressly stated otherwise.
