August 12, 2023Booked Kashmir tour through them , now to give a quick review let’s go point wise : Cons : 1. Expensive than others !! 2. Hotels not up to the mark even at a decent budget that you are given . 3. No proper guidance by the local taxi person u are allotted due to which u end up paying more every time . 4. Taxi person is in hell hurry all the time , although I visited during Shri Amarnath Yatra but still he was in hell hurry all the time even at the places where the yatri’s don’t even go . Taxi driver never let u enjoy anything as they have a set time for every thing at a particular place . So it’s more of a duty than holiday 5. No local foods provided at hotels but u end up eating Chole bhature , poori , bread jam and at places they are severe as they provide in flights or trains ( I mean quantity ) , will share the photos . Pros : The only ray of hope among all these cons was our travel advisor Ms Ayushi Mittal . She was always there to help us out in each and every way possible . The extra star is for her else the service was not more than 1 star !! Advice for the agency : 1. Kindly either include good hotels or decrease the price of packages . 2. Tell the local fellow to treat us like one among them to help one out of all the possible frauds and help people to get rid of the locals who almost fight the tourists for tip !! 3. Please make itinerary like that the people can enjoy the trip and not only mark an attendance at every place , after all we are on a leisure trip . Tip for others : Bargain for the best price and choose your hotels after full research and not just by the online ratings !! First of all, the assistance provided by Vikas from the day I made contact with him was fantastic. He worked with me to build a trip that would meet all of our needs and the response time was immediate and the details provided were perfect to enable me to make decisions about our trip. Secondly, our driver/guide in Bali , Deva, was so incredibly sweet and basically worked for us to make sure we saw everything we wanted to see, made sure we were always well taken care of and was always honest, cheerful, and gracious. Thirdly, the accommodations were spectacular, from the beautiful Private pool villa in Seminayak to the lavish 5 star Hotel with private beach in Nusa Dua. The rooms and service at each location were above and beyond our expectations. Our favorite spot was Nusa Penidea where we saw beautiful beaches with Crystal clear water, mesmerizing views etc. Our stop at Bali Swing was an unexpected delight as well--we spent almost 3 hours over there and enjoyed the Romantic Bed Swing, Sky Bed, Bird Nest and coffee gardens. Vikas also planned a delicious candle light dinner at Prano Restro, the ambience, hospitality and food quality was excellent. I highly recommend booking with Vikas and entire LID Travel team if you want a completely no-hassle trip with all details taken care of, as well as the flexibility of a private service at the highest level. ️

May 7, 2019This is a travel agency with good people, but inefficient and cannot ensure safety and comfort of their guests. The staff are very nice, but their service providers especially OYO hotels provide the worst service and it is a real threat for using these hotels. For more details on the problems, you can please read my review of "Hotel queen casa, guwahati". The transporter arranged by LID travels for my NE tour was superb and he ensured we had a good time. He, in fact, even rearranged the itinerary so that we never had to hurry up on any day and we not only did not miss any places planned for visit, but also visited more places. Thanks to Islam, the driver who were with us.

Our trip planner, Mr. Vikas spent a great deal of time upfront trying to understand what we wanted out of our trip, how we like to travel, what's important to us, etc that really paid off. The accommodation was just right for us except for the breakfast. We crammed as much as we could into each day and had a very busy schedule.
